There are so many options now for reusable menstrual products and the great thing is that many can now be bought in our local shops! Here is a selection of the ones we have seen:

Menstrual Cups

These can be bought from the following stores: Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett.

Period Pants

Marks and Spencers - Marks and Spencers now stock period pants in a range of styles and absorbancies. If you can't see what you are looking for instore, you can order online and collect from the store using their click and collect service.

Sainsburys - Sainsburys TU Clothing range also now has a line of period pants.
